Description
Our zero equipment workouts are able to build your strength, stamina, stability, and overall body control. This program design is targeted to enhance body composition, durability, and athleticism.
Throughout the twelve (12) week program, mastering the movements will bring the best results. Upon completion of your first run-through, the program design could be repeated by adding weight, and/or adding in bands for resistance. Bodyweight workouts can help bring us back to the basics and work on overall control and movement patterns.
