This is a ten-week strength cycle focusing on the three power lifts (back squat, bench press, and deadlift), an accessory of the Olympic style lifts (snatch and clean & jerk), along with the appropriate accessory movements. You need to have the basic knowledge and ability to perform all five lifts. Despite the name of this program, all genders are welcome to participate!
