Kettlebell Crossover is a program meant to build your strength, stamina, stability, and overall body control. This program design is targeted to enhance body composition, durability, muscle mass, and athleticism.
Initial start to Kettlebell Crossover is designed to be performed with a single kettlebell. Throughout the four (4) week program, mastering the movements will bring the best results. Upon completion of your first run-through, the program design calls for repeating the workouts with increased weight, double kettlebells, and/or adding in bands for resistance.
